Cutting out a circle hang tag for my father. 3mm plastic sheet. 2 flute .25 inch carbide endmill at 25k RPM at 50 ipm. .125 DOC with 2 passes. I didn’t want to do it in one pass since I don’t have the air hooked up on the blower. I ended up getting 6 disk from the stock he gave me.
