Delta EVA injection molding machine automation solutions – Delta, Automation, Electrical – Electrical industry

Zhongda Electrical Division Dentsu Inc. Abstract: This paper focuses on Delta PLC The EVA injection molding automation systems. Based on the analysis in the process is given Overall system analysis and integrated design. For system design and implementation of core issue in essence a separate discussion section. Keywords: EVA foam molding PLC 1 Introduction 2005 years, the rapid development of China’s footwear industry, shoe industry in recent years, the total production of 6 billion pairs, accounting for 51% of world output, exports more than 40 million pairs of footwear have been volume and export volume ranks first in the world. Rapid development in the footwear industry, while domestic shoe-making equipment, relatively low degree of automation, and the world-famous Italian shoe machine there is still a product. In recent years, advanced to the product and meet all customer needs, some strength, and companies have begun to develop the advanced world level products, which makes the PLC, Inverter Man-machine interfaces of modern automation technology in the footwear industry equipment in the field where to start. EVA (ethylene – vinyl acetate copolymer, trade names Ethylenevinylacetatecopolyme) is a new type of plastic footwear materials. EVA foam plastic has a good buffer, seismic, heat, moisture, light, non-toxic, Environmental protection , Abrasion resistance, cold, tension, resistance to chemical corrosion materials, such as shoes need good physical and chemical properties. Complex production process low contrast traditional technology hot EVA, EVA foaming injection molding process used EVA injection molding machine to mold particles inside a direct injection machines, vacuum curing mold foam molding soles, and then through heat, cold shaped box shape. Injection molding is characterized by high yield, a shape, is the most advanced production technology EVA soles. EVA Plastic Foam molding process line footwear industry fast and efficient high-quality high-volume production requirements, so Beishou footwear industry attention. EVA material properties or environmental standards widely used in Europe and the United States footwear exports of green shoes. This article focuses on Delta PLC’s EVA injection molding technology developed route automation system. 2 System 2.1 Technology Principles
EVA granulated plastic injection molding is to join the high-temperature tube, the side melting side of the transfer forward, this time feeding rate (that is, the back injection plastic screw speed) and feed screw speed to match each other, charging pressure control of key parameters. Because of financial and material density (plastic tubes in the material density) stability, and accuracy shooting glue directly affect the precision injection molding products. Process of plastic injection molding machine to complete the major in four movements. Are responsible for opening the closed mold clamping unit, will die within the molded top out from the top of the body, twist the plastic particles into the melt material for tube feeding agencies, and pressure will melt the plastic injection mold plastic fire institutions. Hydraulic system for the maintenance of easy and simple control, injection molding machine into the mainstream. Hydraulic systems rely on the size of solenoid valve opening to control flow through the flow and pressure, and then control the conduct of the action. 2.2 Process Analysis EVA shoes machine the whole system to achieve centralized control of the production process, the main monitoring equipment: a vacuum left mold, right mold vacuum, security bar advance and retreat, material blocking the left bar, right bar resistance materials, security doors down, stand down mode, mode stand up, clamping pressure relief, pressure mold, pressure mold transfer mode, fast slow conversion, proportional valve, back pressure valve, station Pump , Left the gun pump, the right gun pump, vacuum pump, the left feed and right feed, left injection, the right injection, transfer seat motor, 48-channel temperature control. System control process as follows: Situ security door safety bar safety bar back into the mold clamping
Injection only vacuum injection nozzle resistance core material rod into the back seat injection
Resistance curing material pole Nozzle core rod into the security module security sects out products Tuikai &

What’s a good molding material if I want a good custom fit?

I’m trying to get measurements in a difficult to reach place. If I can get a good molding of it I may be able to measure it out. Do you have any ideas? The equipment is made of steel (Probably Cast Iron) and hopefully whatever I mold it with won’t cause problems after I remove it.

Rapid Injection Molding

Rapid injection molding is exactly what its name implies, but at a rate 10 times! It is difficult to imagine a service that one can fully operate in a mold or guarantee two days would bring, but in fact the case.
This is the case with rapid injection. Quickly, quickly! These forms made from high quality aluminum and can produce several thousand species.

Personally, I have several aluminum molds that produce parts of high quality work, even after several hundred thousand cycles. At first I was skeptical, but after a few years to make injection molded prototypes, it became routine.

It works by automating as much as possible in making mold. For the model D-3 client and automate the design and production of the form will reduce the time a part of traditional methods. One of the central parts of the automated process is the shape of the plastic part. By working with experienced designers can use many features such as undercuts the disadvantages minimized or eliminated.

What are the advantages of rapid injection molding?

One way to bridge the gap of time between the original and full production. If you have a mold for the work is now needed is the answer. The short production time for your product on the market to escape. It provides users with a working model of a design approach for a mature production tool.

What are the disadvantages of rapid injection molding?

The aluminum molding is the low production costs. It works best for simple action parts and minimal side effects disadvantages of denial. EDM is removed, some details may be sacrificed. The core of the whole cavity and high speed CNC-milled, the design has its limits.

Rapid injection is expensive Paradoxically, the cost is quite reasonable, but there is always a premium for quick recovery to pay. In general, the cost much lower than imaginable. This is due to automate the process point of this kind of form.

The early conclusion of injection molding is a part of the niche market of injection molding. It serves a niche market, but it is very important for the chime. It can get your share of plastic injection market a matter of days is very valuable for the right company. Furthermore, the ability to bridge the gap between prototyping and production of high bridge is a very useful tool for custom Injection molder. Randy Hough lives and works in the upper valley of Vermont. He has master plastic injection toolmakers traveled for 30 years, a youth pastor for many years and many studies in Europe. It has 8 children very much alive and who have learned more than anything else. He has a website on how to deal with family stress and a plastic injection molding download site.
